Enjoy an indoor/outdoor lifestyle in this spacious beach home. This charming beachfront paradise offers the Hawaii-style ambiance in a quiet residential neighborhood on the sunny, drier south-facing shores of Kihei. The surrounding beach ambiance is tranquil and truly relaxing as you listen to the waves and enjoy the panoramic ocean views from the spacious open living area, dining area and master bedroom with ocean-facing walk-out sliders equipped with solar shades. Sun Hale has been updated with new furniture indoors and outdoors. Top-quality furnishings have been selected and decor to create an elegant beach house. This Beach Home is set up seamlessly for both indoor and outdoor living, and the spacious gourmet kitchen is equipped for all your cooking needs by a professional chef. The kitchen is fully stocked with all new cooking, dining and serving items. Abundant serving bowls and platters for families to create memorable island dining in your own private paradise along with a margarita maker, high speed blender and more. The bedrooms are all separated with no shared walls and have luxurious bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with ocean views and a Roku television. The ensuite bathroom has a dual sink vanity, walk in shower and a jacuzzi style tub also equipped with a walk in closet. Bedroom two is an oversized bedroom with 2 queen size beds, additional seating areas, a Roku television and a bathroom with a walk in shower within five feet of the room. Bedroom three has 2 queen size beds with an ensuite bathroom with dual sink vanity and a deep soaking tub/shower combo. For your added convenience, central air conditioning, home alarm system, cable, WiFi, washer/dryer, Weber gas BBQ grill, and including comfortable Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler. Stroll from the lanai to the surf line alongside the dunes covered with native shrubs and grasses and a small state-owned sanctuary for endangered Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles and native birds, and then along the coastline for shell gathering, and whale-watching. Located in popular Kihei Town, you are within walking distance of parks, restaurants & shopping as well as tennis and basketball courts. Halama Street is a hidden oceanfront oasis and the street is one of the area’s favorite walking routes. There are beach access paths along the street where you can stroll for miles along the white sandy beach.There is also a private security patrol on the street. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the best malasadas in town, a movie theater, Starbucks, restaurants and more.

Pool and Beach Package comes with folding beach chairs, portable beach umbrella with carry case, ice chest, and a large sand bucket with toys for hours of beach fun. Note: No need to bring your own beach towels! All KBM Resorts villas include Beach towels at no additional cost.

Entertainment Package includes free wireless internet, cable tv service, and high-definition flat screen tv(s), and HDMI ports to connect your personal video cameras, gaming consoles, etc. Select villas include smart TV and user friendly remotes are equipped for access to your private Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hulu accounts.

Children's Package includes a portable Pac 'n Play which doubles as an infant's crib (please bring your own crib sheet), booster seat with eating tray, plastic cups / dishes / utensils, and a large sand bucket with toys for the beach.
