This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom top-floor, two story townhouse in the heart of Kaanapali boasts all your at-home conveniences with views of Kaanapali Golf Course. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen & open layout, sit down for a home-cooked meal at your dining table or enjoy the breeze on your lanai with private BBQ. Sleeps up to 6 people in a King Bed, Queen Bed, and two full-size sofa sleepers.
Floor-to-ceiling glass windows filter natural sunlight and views of tropical foliage and the golf course and lead to your private lanai, complete with a prep area for the BBQ, a table set for four, and loungers for your enjoyment. The bright area welcomes with island-themed furnishings that include a dining table for four, coffee table, and two couches that double as a sofa sleeper to accommodate up to 2 persons.
Elevated within the open design, you will find the fully equipped kitchen that offers a tile splashguard, granite countertops, a coffeemaker, microwave, oven & stove-top, stainless-steel sink and a prep island that also serves as a breakfast bar with seating for three people.
On the ground floor you will also find the guest bedroom, with a Queen-size bed, flat screen TV, large closet, and a private lanai. The newly remodeled bathroom on the main floor provides a walk-in shower and dual vanity, and you will also find an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.
The master bedroom is located entirely upstairs, with a King size bed, flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with shower and bath, and another lanai for ultimate privacy.
Other touches within the suite include cool tile flooring throughout and an in-suite full size front-load washer/dryer. Plus, free wi-fi throughout the home and even at the pool for your enjoyment with sweeping views of Kaanapali Golf Course. Two lighted tennis courts, BBQs with a picnic area, and free transportation within Kaanapali Resort between Kaanapali and Lahaina make this your ultimate Maui getaway.
The beautiful Ka'anapali Royal Resort is located in Ka'anapali just a short 10 minute drive from Lahaina town. It is on the fairway of the Ka'anapali Golf Course, and is just a short walk to the renowned white sand Ka'anapali Beach. Resort features include a pool area with Jacuzzi, sauna, and lounge chairs, and there are two lighted tennis courts, and plenty of parking ($154 parking fee per stay for unlimited days).
