This stunning, two-story townhouse in the heart of Kaanapali offers convenient access to the area's attractions and sweeping views of Kaanapali Golf Course, the Pacific Ocean and islands beyond. The open layout is tastefully designed and has been completely remodeled, complete with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, private lanai, and in-unit washer and dryer. Sleep up to 6 in one King Bed, one Queen bed, and a Queen-size sofa sleeper.
Stay cool year-round with the central air-conditioning system or open the floor-to-ceiling glass sliders to enjoy the warm Hawaiian breeze. On your private lanai you will find a BBQ grill for your use as well as a prep station and table set for 6. Plus, two full-size lounge chairs for your relaxation and enjoyment. Every night you’ll see the beautiful Maui sunsets and during whale season, you can even catch whales jumping in the distance.
The open concept living area boasts views of the ocean and welcomes you with brand new furnishings that include a dining table for six, coffee table, and couch that doubles as a Queen sofa sleeper to accommodate up to 2 persons.
Elevated within the first floor, you will find the new, fully equipped kitchen that offers a granite splashguard, large granite countertop space, new stainless-steel appliances, a coffeemaker, plus a stainless-steel sink and wooden cabinetry. The bathroom located on the first floor is also newly remodeled, with a walk-in shower and marble vanity.
The main floor features the guest bedroom complete with a Queen-size bed, a flat screen TV and brand-new dresser. Bring your laptop and enjoy the use of the dedicated workspace with desk and chair for all your business needs.
Wake up in the master bedroom upstairs in your King-size bed to more stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and islands beyond. There is also a private bathroom upstairs with a shower and bath, and plenty of closet space for all your clothing storage needs.
The townhouse provides additional conveniences, including an in-unit washer and dryer for laundry needs and free Wi-Fi throughout the home and pool area. As a part of Kaanapali Royal, guests are able to enjoy use of the pool, two lighted tennis courts, BBQs with picnic areas, and free transportation within Kaanapali Resort, making it easy to explore the area.
The beautiful Ka'anapali Royal Resort is located in Ka'anapali just a short 10 minute drive from Lahaina town. It is on the fairway of the Ka'anapali Golf Course, and is just a short walk to the renowned white sand Ka'anapali Beach. Resort features include a pool area with Jacuzzi, sauna, and lounge chairs, and there are two lighted tennis courts, and plenty of parking ($154 parking fee per stay for unlimited days).
