This tropical 750 square foot, one bed retreat is located in the middle of the Konea Tower on the fourth floor, with views over the lush green pasture to the majestic Maui mountains from your private lanai. This is the largest one bed floor plan at Honua Kai and has plenty of room for a small family.
There is construction of a few two-story homes across from the entrance of Honua Kai Resort. The nightly rate of mountain-view villas on the entrance side of Honua Kai (such as this one) have been discounted lower to accommodate any construction-related visual or audible inconvenience. Inner-courtyard and south facing villas at Honua Kai are not affected whatsoever by construction.

-The famous Infinity Pool overlooks the ocean and includes a shallow children’s area and two hot tubs for hours of sun-soaked water enjoyment for the whole family.
-The Waterslide Pool features an epic waterslide for adults and children alike, and boasts a special Keiki (small children) lagoon with a sandy bottom, and a turf beach area where you can soak up the sun or relax in the adjoining hot tub while watching your children happily play in the warm shallow water and soft beach.
-The Lazy River Pool provides a serene pool experience when it's time for ultimate relaxation - float around the heated river under bridges while exploring the manicured landscape and then soak in the adjacent hot tubs.
-The Quiet Pool is perfect cooling off or swimming laps for adults.
-Three new smaller family pools and hot tubs at the new Luana complex.
Pool hours are 6:00 a.m. - 10 :00 p.m. daily.
• Duke's Beach House Restaurant - Duke's Beach House provides guests an authentic Hawaiian dining experience and pays homage to the restaurant's namesake, legendary Hawaiian surfer and waterman Duke Kahanamoku. The restaurant serves fresh, locally sourced ingredients for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The cuisine is Hawaiian influenced with a focus on fresh, sustainable seafood and premium steaks. Duke's Beach House is located oceanfront at the resort. Hours of operation: Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Lunch and dinner are served between 11 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
• Viking BBQ Patios - Honua Kai features three luxury BBQ patios located in front of both towers near the three pools. Each BBQ patio includes several Viking Professional gas BBQ grills, grill lights for evening cooking, along with dining tables and chairs to enjoy the oceanfront view while you indulge your delectable delights fresh off the grill. Alcoholic beverages are allowed in the BBQ patios, so grab a bottle of your favorite beverage and watch the sunset BBQ style!
• Aina Gourmet Market - In addition to providing a full range of groceries and sundries, 'Aina Gourmet Market is a charming, rustic cafe with a full coffee bar; a deli case filled with: pastries, prepared salads, snacks, hot panini sandwiches and “zappers” for healthy grab ‘n go meals. The market is based on the "100-Mile Market" concept: utilizing products from within a 100-mile radius. Maui produce is stocked first, preferably from smaller farms and island-based businesses. The menu changes regularly based on the availability of fresh local produce and meats. A full range of breakfast, lunch and dinner items are available daily. Sample menu items for breakfast: muffins, bagels & lox, pastries, eggs, wraps, quiche and a full coffee bar. Sample lunch and dinner menu items include: fresh fruit, organic greens, fish plates, sub sandwiches, burgers and so much more. Located in the Hokulani lobby, 'Aina Gourmet Market is open from 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. daily.

• Fitness Center - The Honua Kai Fitness Center is located in the Konea tower and open to Honua Kai guests only. The Fitness Center features top-of-the-line machines including stationary bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, strength training machines and free weights. Fitness classes, group classes, and one-on-one fitness trainers are available through the Fitness Center.

Pool and Beach Package comes with folding beach chairs, portable beach umbrella with carry case, plastic ice chest, boogie boards, and a large sand bucket with toys for hours of beach fun. NOTE: Beach towels are provided at no additional cost by “Towel Tracker” units located in the lobby and pool areas. You may take as many towels as desired, as long as they are returned to the trackers by the end of your stay.
